Chao Fan Fun! September 2011.
What to do with leftover rice and leftover Christmas ham? Fry 'em up with some garlic, add some scrambled eggs, and throw in some green peas. Voila! Chao Fan ala Chinese takeout restaurant!
And look at my little man's beaming eyes. He can't wait to dig in using those chopsticks. As if he could. :)
