Crunchy Tofu. August 2011.
I love, love, love, tofu. It's the ultimate comfort food for me. I can probably eat this everyday, for a week, without getting sick of it. This is how I like tofu the most - crunchy fried, dipped in soysauce with calamansi, and eaten with steamed rice.
